The Birmingham Robotic Team, Automation Nation, functions as a group that advocates for STEM and engineering principles, while also emphasizing the importance of teamwork. The team achieves this by actively engaging in competitions and organizing demonstrations and workshops for students within our district and beyond.

During the academic year, Automation Nation competes in various local, state and national competitions through FIRST Robotic Competition.
